Orders will be shipped within 10-15 days from order placed.
We cannot guarantee delivery times. These timings are subject to change due to carrier and warehouse delays.
Returns Policy –
You must request and return within 7 days of receiving your item/s. The item/s must be in original condition, with the original packaging and tags still attached. Item/s must not have been used, washed or altered in any way. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Before sending any return items, please ensure you have submitted a returns request via email info@sonshipenterprise.com as you will need a Returns Slip for the return to be accepted by our warehouse. We strongly recommend that you use a registered shipping method, so that you can track your order because Sonship cannot be held liable for items that are lost in transit.
All items must be received into our returns centre in Sonship, c/- Twin Rivers Centre, 104 River Hills Rd, Eagleby, Q’land 4207 before the refund is processed. Please note that once your return is delivered to our warehouse it can take up to 5 business days for processing. The refund will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Note the cost of the original shipping and the subsequent return shipping will not be reimbursed or refunded, unless the items are deemed faulty.
SONSHIP DOES NOT OFFER RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS.
Exchange Policy –
Sonship does not offer exchanges. You will need to return your original purchase (see Returns Policy above) and receive a refund for it, then place a new order online for desired items.
Excessive Returns –
Sonship monitors returns to identify potential abuse or misuse of our return policies. Continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.
Faulty Items –
Please note that when dealing with hand printed and dyed items, there will always be a degree of imperfection in each design. If you believe your item is faulty, you will be asked to submit photographs of the fault within 7 days of receiving your order. It is up to the discretion of Sonship whether or not this is a legitimate fault. Typically, small printed imperfections and dye lot variations are not considered a fault and will not result in a refund or exchange.
In the event the item is deemed faulty, we will replace the item if it is in stock. Failing that, we will issue you a full refund for your purchase.
All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Orders –
Occasionally items are incorrectly listed as ‘in stock’ on our website. We apologise if this situation does occur and will contact you immediately to work out a solution. Sonship gives you the option of a full refund, exchange of item or to put the item on back order if it is due to be back in stock soon.
Cancellations –
Once an order has been made, this cannot be cancelled so please take care when making your selection.
There may be variations in colour and pattern, as we block print and dye our fabrics by hand. Resist printing may also result in uneven colour distribution and slight pattern misalignments. This adds to the fabrics beauty and is to be expected for hand blocked fabrics.
